Estate Planning

Being named as an Executor or Trustee can be a stressful experience at an already stressful time. Our office can help prepare a roadmap of steps and timelines required of an Executor, educate you on the estate administration process in Alberta, and assist in the preparation of Court documents if needed.
Our office uses the following fee structure guideline on Estate Administration matters.
Gross value up to $150,000: $2,250.00 plus 0.5% of the gross value of the estate.
Gross value over $150,000: $2,250.00 plus 1% of the gross value of the estate.
